I was over weight, didn't feel good, didn't look good, didn't have any energy. I wanted to make a life style change so I started a program. I feel great, I have alot more energy, I've lost 25 lbs of fat and gained muscle, lost several inches everywhere and my focus and concentration have drastically improved. I've joined different gyms in the past and the longest I've ever stayed was 3 months, but having Sheldon around kept me disciplined.
