Sheldon has worked with university sports teams while attending St. FX where he obtained his bachelors degree in Human Kinetics and continued on to become a top trainer at Goodlife Fitness throughout the company and named top PT in the New Brunswick region. Sheldon is a certified Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer through Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologist.
